The fine print
General
These terms apply to all purchases made through varv.com and govern the relationship between you and VÄRV. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms.
Prices & payment
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. We accept card payments through Stripe and Klarna. Payment is debited when the order is placed. VÄRV reserves the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Sweden takes 2–4 business days. Free shipping on orders over 800 SEK; otherwise a 49 SEK fee applies.
Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days to withdraw your purchase under EU law; VÄRV extends this to 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. Returns are free using the prepaid label included in your parcel.
Liability
VÄRV is liable for defects in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as courier disruptions or customs processing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the general courts.
