High-rise tights sit 3 cm above the navel. Between sizes — take the smaller for compression, the larger for a relaxed hold.

Waist: Measure at the narrowest point of your torso, keeping the tape level.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your seat, feet together.
Underbust: Measure directly under the bust, tape firm but not tight.
Bust: Measure around the fullest point, standing relaxed.
